- Create, edit, preview, paginate, and export newsletters and menus.
- Generate printable PDF, PNG, and HTML outputs.
- Connect a Google account to browse selected Google Drive assets.
- Send user-initiated emails through connected Gmail functionality.
- Store or process content needed to support these workflows.
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
4. Your account and access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of any account or authentication credentials used with the service, ensuring that only authorized users access connected Google accounts or publishing tools, reviewing exports before printing, publishing, or sending, and promptly notifying HappyDay Farms of suspected unauthorized access or misuse.
5. Google integrations
If you connect your Google account, you authorize the service to use the permissions you grant solely to support the requested workflow.
Google Drive
Google Drive access is used to browse, select, and import files or images you choose to use in newsletters, menus, or related publishing materials.
Gmail
Gmail access is used only for user-initiated sending of newsletters, announcements, or related communications that you choose to send.
You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and recipients of emails you send, the files and assets you choose to import from Google Drive, and compliance with Google’s terms, policies, and any applicable anti-spam or privacy rules.
6. User content
You retain ownership of content, copy, images, layouts, branding assets, and other materials that you provide or upload, subject to any rights needed for us to operate the service.
By using the service, you grant HappyDay Farms a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, transmit, render, export, and display your content only as necessary to provide the service and its related functions.
You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and authority needed to use any content you upload, connect, or send through the service.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not violate any law, regulation, court order, or third-party right.
- Do not send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, infringing, or spam content.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or integrations.
- Do not interfere with the reliability, security, or operation of the service.
- Do not upload malware or harmful code.
- Do not use Google-derived data for advertising, resale, profiling, or unrelated purposes not disclosed to users.
8. Export, printing, and publishing
The service is designed to help produce materials for printing and distribution, but you are responsible for final review before use. Print output, page breaks, image rendering, colors, and layout may vary based on printer settings, browsers, file viewers, connected assets, fonts, and device conditions.
You should verify all exported files, mailing lists, links, images, QR codes, and print proofs before distribution.
9. Intellectual property
The service design, software, workflows, and related materials may contain intellectual property owned by HappyDay Farms or its licensors. Except as expressly allowed by these terms, you may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works from the service itself.
This section does not take away rights you own in your own uploaded or authored content.
10. Third-party services
The service may depend on third-party providers, including Google, Netlify, hosting providers, analytics tools, storage providers, and browser or device platforms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, access restrictions, or failures caused by third-party services.
Your use of third-party services is also subject to their own terms and policies.
11. Service availability
We aim to keep the service reliable and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every export, integration, or workflow will always perform exactly as expected in every environment.
Maintenance, updates, browser issues, API changes, network failures, or provider limitations may affect performance.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HappyDay Farms and its operators, affiliates, contractors, or service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or use arising from or related to the service.
